We’ve got 195 attendees still down as coming, this is after the usual last minute drop outs.

After advice from our sponsor Yahoo, we’re catering with the expectation that around 50% of the attendees will be unable to make it on the day. From previous experience this has certainly been the case. If everyone does turn up then we will have enough room, if not enough food.
