Interview Process
Once we have reviewed your CV and decided to progress, the interview process will follow:
- Conversation about the role: 30 mins
- A video call
- For you and the company to work out if it’s a good fit by talking through the role and a walk through of your CV
- First Stage Interview: 30-45mins
- A video call
- Going through some examples of you demonstrating the experience and skills required for the role.
- The questions where you need to demonstrate experience will be sent in advance for you to prepare your answers.
- Technical Interview: 60-90 mins
- In person in the office – get the chance to see what it’s like and meet people

We will be referencing this during the conversation, so please read before hand and have any questions prepared, ready to be discussed. We will also be walking through your CV to find out a little more about you.
