Gemma Cameron is a Principal Consultant at T5 Digital, utilising her decades of experience in people leadership and software engineering to help solve business and technical problems at organisations.
With 20 years experience Gemma has held various roles including:
- Head of Engineering Practice at Co-op Digital, with a particular focus on people she built the Engineering team from 0 to 120.
- Contract Engineer
- Lead software engineer at startup Allegro Networks, first in the world to automate network provisioning of the internet backbone.
- Senior Software engineer at LateRooms
- Software engineer at esendex
- Software engineer at BAE Systems
Gemma’s is also passionate about community building, both internally at organisations, but in the tech community too.

I am mainly based in Manchester city centre. Happy to travel internationally.
